Please follow these guidelines CAREFULLY when doing your wrist to floor measurement: Wear flat sole shoes such as tennis shoes/runners/trainers and do the measurement on a hard surface floor such as tile or concrete. Stand comfortably erect, shoulders perfectly level, arms hanging relaxed at your sides, chin up and eyes straight forward. It is best to have a 2nd person do the actual measurement so the golfer can maintain this position. Measure from the major wrist crease at the base of the palm of your UPPER HAND ON THE GRIP when you hit a shot.
