Delivery Timing

Orders for the Sterling Irons® single length irons are processed from Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All Sterling Irons® iron sets are custom built for each golfer who orders the set, so no sets are made standard to be in stock as with other companies. We do our best to try to custom build and ship the irons within a week or less from when we receive the order. However due to demand and the timing of production shipment of the Sterling Irons® iron heads from our production factory, it could take up to 2 weeks to custom build your order. We will always do our best to keep the custom build and delivery time to be as short as possible.

60-Day 3-Club Trial

We believe strongly in our products and one of the reasons we get such great reviews is the high grade of our materials, our standards of quality control, and the extent to which we can custom fit our clubs to you.

For this reason, we are pleased to offer you a 3-club trial option for 60 days. For $25 (shipped to USA addresses only – contact us at info@sterlingirons.com for shipping costs to international destinations) to cover our shipping costs, we let you try out a 6-iron, 8-iron, and Pitching Wedge custom fit to your specifications at no additional charge for 60 days from the date of your Order). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you like them, just keep them and we’ll charge the regular price at the end of the trial or at the time you place an order to complete your set. If you choose to place an order to complete your Sterling Irons® set after receipt of your 3-club trial clubs, your order will be final and not subject to the terms of the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your 3-club trial, simply contact us at info@sterlingirons.com to obtain a return authorization and return the 3 clubs. Return shipping/handling is your responsibility, but you will not be charged for the clubs as long as we receive them back at the address we will provide to you within 65 days of the date of your Order. The 60-day trial is offered one time per customer. Those who participate in the 60-day trial are not eligible for the 90-day money back guarantee set out below.

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

For those who do not opt for the 60-day 3-club trial, we have 90-day money back guarantee (minus the cost of shipping/handling) for your Sterling Irons® order.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us at info@sterlingirons.com to obtain a return authorization and send back all contents listed on your order. Return shipping/handling is your responsibility.

Our guarantee is valid only with the fitting specifications recommended by our experienced club fitters and custom built with the Sterling Irons® components. Customer dictated specifications are not included with this guarantee. This policy is void if any alterations, which includes the installation of OEM shafts and/or grips, have been made to your clubs. The guarantee is offered one time per customer. All returns are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, please KEEP THE BOX and contact us immediately for details on filing a courier claim. You will need to provide jpeg photographs sent as an ‘attachment’ (not embedded in the body of the email) in an email showing both the damaged box and the damaged products in order for us to file a courier claim.

Incorrect Orders

If, upon receipt of your Sterling Irons®, you determine your order is not correct (i.e., a club is missing), please notify us immediately or within 7 days of delivery.

Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you do not notify us of a shipping address change within 24 hours of the date of your order, Sterling Irons® or Golf Ventures LLC cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, or missing package after your order has shipped.

VAT and Other Taxes

Sterling Irons® are shipped worldwide. Signatures may be required for shipments upon receipt. If you live outside the USA, you are responsible as the importer of the Sterling Irons® for any and all VAT, customs, and/or other import and delivery related duties and taxes. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office or shipping company.

Order Refusals, Returned to Sender, Etc

If your order is refused or returned due to inaccurate or incorrect address information which you provided to us or because it was declined or undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs that may be incurred which are related to the return of the undeliverable packages.
